Our handmade Pecan Brittle is made from our classic house recipe and fresh oven roasted Pecan. Pecans have a long standing in New Mexico history. The Brittle is finished in thin sheets for light crispy pieces. Product color and size variation is normal. These are packaged 1/2 and 1 lb units.
Contains: Sugar, light corn syrup, Butter, Salt, baking soda, fresh roasted Pecan.
