Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream (Heavy Cream)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
- Chill a medium mixing bowl and beaters of an electric mixer.
Directions
In chilled bowl beat cream, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Warning over mixing will cause clumping and formation of butter
